Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following:

Sales

  • Respond to local sales clients in a timely manner
  • Manage locals’ sales contracts and agreements
  • Schedule and conduct Site Tours for prospective local Sales Clients
  • Provide proposals for prospective events
  • Enter and track leads in Momentus CRM/Event Software
  • Provide food and beverage Proposals
  • Attend networking events to build relationships and generate leads
  • Coordinate with event coordinators, food & beverage, and operations teams to ensure successful events

Marketing

  • Create marketing content for social media platforms, including filming, editing, and posting videos
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create testimonial and staff spotlight videos to highlight client experiences and team members
  • Develop on-site marketing materials for food & beverage and event displays
  • Assist with design in-house marketing materials and promotional graphics
  • Upload and manage upcoming events on our website
  • Order and inventory branded merchandise and marketing materials (shirts, signage, displays, etc.) from outside vendors
  • Organize and coordinate internal video shoots, encouraging staff participation to showcase the facility, team, and upcoming events
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand standards and target audience
  • Assist with planning and managing internal staff events, including holiday parties and after-hours gatherings
